Our Mission at Planet Molosser:
To provide accurate information about each Molosser from the experts themselves and to continue with the standard of Excellence our Parent Molosser site has set for us.
This Will be the 1st step towards education & good PR for our Molosser breeds.

We will NOT excuse poor breeding practices for anyone …
This concept of putting the breeds first will not be readily accepted by some.
But we are willing to break new Ground and take the 1st steps towards showcasing breeders' real efforts in preservation and proper animal husbandry.

Are complaints sure to come?
Yes of course! But we are willing to weather the storm to allow the voices of the animals we love to be heard…

Molosser World was the 1st web site dedicated to historical & present day information about the many Molosser breeds.
Today it is still the ONLY site available in English that is based on facts using verifiable reference material.
In addition Molosser Worlds Founder _Kaare Konradsen is a veteran knowledgeable Mastiff breeder as well as a noted historian.

Spending his LIFE researching the History of Molossers.
Millions of people have visited his site for information & pictures, rarely seen outside of Historical books, that the founder himself collected.
Thank You Kaare: For providing the Molosser community with a place to call home.
The good influence you have had will be felt in many years to come.

Regarding other Molosser sites:
Please take into consideration not all information you find on the internet is accurate concerning molossers.
When reference material is absent it is often someone's opinions based on personal agendas.
This then fuels the quoting of inaccurate breed profiles, which can lead to more problems with BSL.
You can NOT rewrite history based on commercialism , or claim expertise with a nic name vs. a verifiable resume.

Even thou imitation is the most sincerest form of flattery in this case it is a insult to COPY and than CHANGE what others have learned in their lifetime quest of dog knowledge.

Don't you see the Danger Inherent? In what you are doing?

To novices marketing Molossers on Sales oriented websites.

You wield information on the net like a kid that found his dads gun.
And I'll tell you the problem with the net power that you are wielding.

It did not require any discipline to obtain it.
You read what others have done and took the next step.

You did not EARN the knowledge for yourself.
So you don't take any responsibilty for it.

You stood on the shoulders of greatness to accomplish something as fast as you
can and before you even knew what you had you slapped it on a plastic lunch
box (or website) and now you are selling it - selling it-selling it.!!!

And for what consequence? ................We all know how Jurassic Park ended don't we.
They were so preoccupied with the fact that they could and never stopped to think if they should.
Sad really, that it took people dying for the creators in that movie to realize what they did wrong.
What will it take for the dog community to join together and oppose commercially motivated sites?
Yes it is only fantasy but many movies are based on true human greed.
